Abstract This Law consisting of 4 articles amends some provisions of the original Law by (i) modifying in article 27 some fines provided for; (ii) establishing that it is possible reconciliation in crimes that occur in violation of the provisions of the Law, if the Minister so decides, before initiating a criminal case or during its consideration and before deciding on it with a final judgment; (iii) modifying article 30 regarding the controls by the public officers; (iv) adding a paragraph to article 5 stating that "The requirements for non-therapeutic public health, which must be met in some places subject to the provisions of this law, are determined by a decision of the Minister of Municipality and Environment, in coordination with the Minister of Economy and Trade".
