Abstract This Law consisting of 4 articles aims at ratifying Pesticides Act, issued by the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf to be mandatory adopted, which regulates the production, importation, exportation and circulation of pesticides in the countries of the GCC. It establishes that the Minister of Municipal Affairs is responsible for issuing the Regulations and Resolutions to implement this Act.
