Abstract

This Law regulates relations in the sphere of hunting and hunting management and is aimed at protection and rational use of wildlife species of Turkmenistan subject to hunting. The document consists of IX Sections that contain 48 Articles. Sec.I (arts. 1-2) lays down general provisions. Sec.II (Arts.3-7) regards management hunting and hunting activity. Sec.III (Arts.8-13) regards state hunting fund and hunting grounds. Sec.IV (Arts.14-28) specifies types of hunting and classifies authorized hunting gear. Sec.V (Arts.29-34) regards hunting management. Sec.VI (Arts.35-40) regards control over the observance of the legislation on hunting and hunting management. Sec.VII (Arts.40-41) regards state registration, state cadastre and monitoring of the objects of state hunting fund. Sec.VIII (Arts.42-45) regards economic regulation of hunting and hunting management. Sec.IX (Arts.46-49) lays down final provisions.
