Abstract

This Law regulates the relations connected to the alcoholic products output and turnover. It is not applicable to production and turnover of beer, kvass and other drinks which alcohol contents is less than 7%, of the technical ethyl alcohol and other varieties of alcohol that are prohibited for the use in the processing of alcoholic products output as well as wine, nastoykas and homemade liquors intended for personal consumption.
