Abstract This Law regulates the relations connected to the alcoholic products output and turnover. It is not applicable to production and turnover of beer, kvass and other drinks which alcohol contents is less than 7%, of the technical ethyl alcohol and other varieties of alcohol that are prohibited for the use in the processing of alcoholic products output as well as wine, nastoykas and homemade liquors intended for personal consumption. The document consists of 7 Chapters that contain 32 Articles. Chapter 1 lays down the general provisions. Chapter 2 deals with state regulation of alcoholic products output. Chapter 3 deals with state regulation of the storage of alcoholic products. Chapter 4 deals with state regulation of trade of alcoholic products. Chapter 5 deals with state regulation of import and export of alcoholic products. Chapter 6 regards state supervision over the observance of the present Law and liability for its infringement.
