Abstract This Law consisting of 4 articles amends art.46 of the original Law stating that (i) the goods that remain in the warehouses and yards of the port shall be sold at the auction after one month from the date of entry into the port without being withdrawn or being exported, (ii) the port administration may sell food and perishable goods without waiting for the dates stated in the previous item, if it is found after inspection and examination by the competent authority of public health that its persistence in the port expose them to damage or it may affect the safety of the other goods or the installations deposited therein.
