Article 4 provides for the conditions to apply for a grazing license. The Law in the grazing areas prohibits (i) the use of bicycles, cars, or any type of vehicle or machinery for the purpose of entertainment; (ii) building either temporary or permanent buildings ; (iii) grazing outside the grazing season; (iv) putting fences, tools, or debris; (v) leaving livestock to graze unaccompanied; (vi) not to maintain general hygiene in grazing areas; (vii) not to show the grazing license when requested.
