Abstract This Law consisting of 5 articles amends the Puclic Helath Law of 2008 as follows (i) art.2 amends art.52 by changing the definition of a public place slightly; (ii) art.3 amends some provisions of art.57 concerning practitioners of trades and industries referred to in paragraph A of the same article; (iii) art.4 modifies article 58 concerning penalties for violators of the Law; and (iv) art.5 provides for penalties for smokers in public places and related issues.
