Abstract

This Law consisting of 20 articles aims at (i) identifying the hygienic specifications related to protection of food from pollution and contamination; (ii) ensure that food is free from any harmful ingredients; and (iii) monitoring the hygienic conditions that must be fulfilled by those dealing in manufacturing and handling food.
