Abstract The present Law determines legal, economic and organizational basis of ensuring activity of state agrarian inspections regulates the relationship of enterprises, institutions and organizations, individual entrepreneurs on the territory of the Republic of Armenia (subjects of economic activity), citizens and state agrarian inspections. State agrarian inspections supervise over the observance of agrarian regulations and requirements regarding agricultural activity. The Law consists of 6 Sections that contain 15 articles. Section 1 (arts. 1-2) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (arts. 3-8) determines the directions of activity of state agrarian inspections. Section 3 (arts. 9-11) establishes competence of state agrarian inspectors. Section 4 (arts. 12-13) establishes competence of the subjects of economic activity and citizens in the sphere of agricultural activity. Section 5 (art. 14) regards international agreements.
