Abstract This Law regulates relations between consumers and manufacturers of commodities, with respect to (a) product quality and safety for human life and health and (b) access to product information. Foodstuffs must contain an expiration date. Consumers shall have the right of safety to human life and to the healthfulness of commodities under normal conditions of use, storage and transportation thereof. Safety requirements of commodities shall be subject to mandatory certification.
