Entry into force notes

This Law enters into force on 1 November 2018.

Abstract

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Protected area regulation shall be a legal act that establishes the peculiarities of organizing, managing and protecting a separate protected area, the purpose of setting up a protected area, the exceptional value as well as requirements based on the tradition of planning the architecture of the ethnographic region and determining the common management, protection and/or principles of organization of management and requirements based on tradition of planning the architecture of the ethnographic region.”
