Abstract This Law establishes the principles of organizing tourism services, the provision of tourist services and the protection of tourist rights, and the competence of state and municipal institutions in the field of tourism. In particular, it refers to environmental tourism by classifying natural health components of tourism such as natural mineral waters, sea water, peloids (peat mud, sapropels, clay and others) that are scientifically explored and recognized with specific physical, chemical, biological and biological properties, used for health care and health rehabilitation purposes in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts.
