Abstract Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Pursuant to land reform, land, forest and waterbodies (land plots) are sold in accordance with the order of Article 10 of this Law and land reform land management projects, other land management projects or land-use planning documents. Persons who purchase land from the state, except for forestry land, may acquire it immediately or in installments, but not for longer than 15 years, in accordance with the procedure established by the Government.
