This Law, with the exception of Article 7, enters into force on 1 April 2013.
Abstract

This Law regulates the provision of remunerated agricultural and forestry services, which are temporary or one-off and do not require special skills, qualifications, permits, certificates, training or courses, the procedure for filling in, issuing, validity and storage of the receipt for agricultural and forestry services, the rights and obligations of the providers and recipients of services. A natural or legal person, another organization or a division thereof, which receives agricultural and forestry services under a service voucher shall be deemed to be a recipient of services. A natural person who provides agricultural and forestry services under a service voucher shall be deemed to be a service provider. The production and sale of service receipt forms shall be organized by the State Enterprise of Agricultural Information and Rural Business Center. A service receipt is an accounting document containing the requisites according to which the compliance of the provided services with the requirements of this Law can be determined. The service receipt issued in accordance with the procedure established by this Law of the service recipient shall confirm the agreement between the service provider and the service recipient regarding the provision of services included in the list of agricultural and forestry services approved by the Government. The service voucher shall be issued before the start of the provision of services on each day of provision of services or, at the agreement of the recipient and the provider, for a different period of continuous service, but not exceeding one calendar week.
