Abstract Article 21 (3) shall be amended to add the following wording: “State or private landowners of mapped private land area, with the forest plots located thereon the boundaries of which are not changed during the subsequent cadastral measurements, and the difference between the land and the forest plot area does not exceed the permissible measurement accuracy established by the Government, shall not be compensated.
