Abstract Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Public land shall be sold to gardeners' associations, members of these association and other persons according to the procedure established by the Government. Land for artisanal gardening within gardening associations required for the layout and recreation of common use buildings shall be subject to sale. For natural persons, land parcels used by them are not auctioned in the territory of an artisanal gardening associations. In cases where it is not possible to form a separate plot of land for the needs of gardeners' associations for the purpose of changing or supplementing the land use plan or other spatial planning document of the artisanal gardening area, it is primarily sold by auction to the owners of the parcels directly adjacent to the plot of land intended for sale.” Article 9 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land parcels sold to members of gardeners' associations and other users of gardening land plots in the territory of an artisanal gardening association shall be formed according to the land use plan or other spatial planning document and shall not exceed 0.12 ha, unless the land is sold in accordance with the procedure and conditions specified in Article 8 (7) of this Law.” Full text Lithuanian Website e-seimas.lrs.lt References - Legislation Amends Land Reform Law (No. I-1607 of 1991).
