This Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Article 9 shall be amended to add a new wording: “The size of the parcel of land sold to the owners of individual (personal) non-agricultural production enterprises for the activities of these enterprises shall be determined: (a) for companies registered in the register of enterprises (business entities), according to the land area actually required for the activities of the enterprises; and (b) for start-ups - according to the boundaries of land plots set out in the detailed plans”. Article 20 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The land reform land management project is being prepared for the territory, the boundaries of which are set by the county governor. The content of the land reform land management projects and the plans and land management schemes necessary for their preparation shall be established by the State Land Management and Geodesy Service under the Ministry of Agriculture”.
