This Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Article 16 shall be amended to add the following wording: “When preparing the land reform plan pursuant to the implementation land reform, the layout of existing or newly designed land plots may be adjusted if it is decided by the meeting of the applicants in the area (district, suburban area, and village). The Ministry of Agriculture determines the procedure for convening a meeting and taking decisions. When adjusting the layout of the parcels of the personal holding or marking these parcels in a new location, the parcels of the personal holding, if they so wish, shall be formed on the holding of the land in which they reside and reclaim the land.” Article 19 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land reform and land management projects are being prepared and land management work is carried out with public funds. Schedules for their preparation shall be approved by the Ministry of Agriculture.”
