Abstract Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land plots located in an area recognized as a public interest are of public interest. In case of direct sale, the price of the land plots shall be set by the Government of the Republic of Armenia”. Article 104 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Alienation of land plot in order to ensure the priority interest of the population.
