Entry into force notes
This Law shall enter into force after the newly elected President of the Republic takes office.
Abstract

This Law regulates the activities of State Control Service concerning the implementation of state control functions. The objective of State Control Service shall be the performance of supervisory powers envisaged by acting legislation. In particular, State Control Service supervises over the legality of management of state funds and funds managed by local government, verifies and assesses credibility of applications for allocation of public subsidies and public funding. Based on the results of the control, the Service analyzes the registered violations, problems, their causes, circumstances and consequences and submits to the Prime Minister references, reports or recommendations for instructions.
