Abstract Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Recreational areas shall be used for organization of tourism with the consideration of climatic conditions, historical and cultural potential and outdoor (land and water) recreation”. Article 23 shall be supplemented with the following wording: “Any natural or legal person engaged in recreational activities provides hydrological, hydromorphological and hydrochemical water resources in recreational areas ensuring protection from anthropogenic adverse effects by contributing to the preservation of the integrity of aquatic ecosystems and shall not restrict citizens from using water resources for recreational purposes ensuring prevention of harm to human health. The requirements for the protection of water resources in recreational areas are set by the Minister of Environment”.
