Abstract The scope of this Law shall be to regulate activities in outer space, including scientific research, technological development, strengthening security and promoting international cooperation. In particular, it deals with satellite data collection and monitoring and mapping of the national territory, including agricultural land. Activities in outer space shall be managed by the authorized state institution appointed by the Government, which implements state policy in the aforesaid sphere and licenses space activities.
