Abstract Article 5.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Article 5.1 The authorized state body shall, within three working days after the adoption of the decision, send the decision to the applicant by mail or by electronic system (including by e-mail specified by the applicant), as well as by other means of electronic communication established by law. Decisions shall be sent in one of the forms specified in this part, preferred by the applicant. Regardless of the form preferred by the applicant, the applicant may also receive the decision in person at the authorized state body within the term specified in this Part. The other notices provided for by this Law shall be sent, and the surveys shall be conducted after the expiration of the respective terms provided for by law, within three working days, by mail or via an electronic system (including by e-mail specified by the applicant), as well as by other means of electronic communication established by law. Notifications shall be sent in one of the forms specified in this Part preferred by the applicant”.
