Abstract This Law regulates the following issues: (a) relations between providers of information and natural and/or legal persons in the process of the realization of their constitutional right of access to information; (b) principles, terms and conditions, and also methods of access to information; and (c) duties of the providers of the official information. This Law guarantees access to any person to the official information. Providers of the official information shall have the duty to: (a) timely inform citizens of the issues of public interest; (b) ensure free access to information; (c) immediately inform the population on issues that can prevent or reduce risks of any damage, prevent spreading of unreliable information or reduce its negative consequences, and on issues of public interest.
