Abstract The present Law determines the main directions of reform of agro-industrial complex (agrarian sector) and their legal coverage. The main directions of the agrarian reform include: 1) creation of new relations in the agrarian sector; 2) land reform, reform of land reclamation system and water economy; 3) creation of various forms of farms; 4) state provision of the agrarian sector (art. 2).The provisions of the present Law serve as basis for other normative acts regarding agrarian reforms. The Law consists of 4 Sections that contain 17 articles. Section 1 (arts. 1-3) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (arts. 4-9) regards formation of new forms of property in the agrarian sector. Section 3 (arts. 10-12) regards setting up different types of agricultural economic entities. Section 4 (arts. 13-17) regards state protection of agrarian sector.
