Abstract

This Law makes minor changes in the original Law. Paragraph 13 shall be added to Article 1 regarding water management passport and “of the community, enterprises, institutions and organizations” phrase shall be replaced by “of consumer” in Article 2. In Article 23, “as well as the water management passport” phrase shall be added after “information” in the subparagraph (a) of Paragraph 2 and “sample, preparation and approval of water management passport” phrase shall be added after “giving” in Paragraph 5. “Forming of water management passport” shall be added as subparagraph (d) to the Paragraph 1 Article 24. This Law also adds some phrases regarding water management passport in articles 37 and 38.
