Abstract The present Law determines the basic principles of setting up daykhan farm and establishes the legal basis for its functioning. Daykhan farm is household-based association regarding association of family members jointly engaged in production f agricultural commodities. Daykhan farm can own land, vegetation, cattle, poultry and bees necessary for autonomous production of agricultural commodities on condition of private ownership (art. 2). Daykhan farm can be set up on conditions of the availability of land stock, water resources and other production means pertaining to agriculture (art. 5). Section 1 (arts. 1-4) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (arts. 5-9) regards organization of daykhan farm. Section 3 (arts. 10-15) establishes the rights and the duties of daykhan farm. Section 4 (arts. 16-23) establishes the basis of activity of daykhan farm. The Law consists of 4 Sections composed of 23 articles.
