Abstract

This Law consists of 11 Chapters that contain 47 articles. This Law shall govern relations arising out of creation, use, registration and legal protection of plant varieties, breeders' rights and shall apply to botanical genera and plant species the list of which shall be approved by the Government. The scope of this Law is to recognize and protect the rights of plant variety certified by the grant of a variety patent.
