Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus, being the responsible customer, carries out the preparation of projects related to State programs in the field of development of the system of protected natural areas. The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus, other state bodies concerned and other organizations participate in the formation of state development programs systems related to protected natural areas. State programs in the field of development of the system of protected natural areas are subject to approval by the Government of the Republic of Belarus and should include activities aimed at the development of a system of protected natural areas, as well as to ensure the operation, protection of protected natural areas and management thereof”.
