Abstract This Law approves the National Development Fund (FND). FND is a set of values that aims to finance national private sector projects within the country's development programmes. The Development Bank of Angola (BDA) is designated as exclusive financial manager of the FND, and it is responsible for administering and applying the resources of the FND, under the terms and conditions defined by the Government.
