Abstract This Law approves the National Development Fund (FND). FND is a set of values that aims to finance national private sector projects within the country's development programmes. The Development Bank of Angola (BDA) is designated as exclusive financial manager of the FND, and it is responsible for administering and applying the resources of the FND, under the terms and conditions defined by the Government. It is incumbent upon the Government to define the terms and conditions for the management, administration and application of the resources of the FND, including the remuneration to be made to the BDA. The resources of the FND are: a) 5% of the total annual revenue from taxation on oil activity; b) 2% of annual global revenue from taxation on diamonds; c) other resources legally attributed to it.
