This Law shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
Abstract

This Law prohibits the use of disposable foam packaging under specific conditions and offers other provisions. It consists of 5 articles establishing that the use of disposable packaging manufactured with chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) as an expansion agent is prohibited within the territory of the state of Sao Paulo. Offence and sanctions for illegal activity are specified in the text.
