Abstract This Law, consisting of 25 articles and one Annex, approves the Regulation of the Higher Institution for Inspection Against Corruption, created by Law No. 6-B/95 of 17 July, as a public, collegial authority, composed of a Superior Inspector and two Deputy Inspectors. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Institution, entitled to prevent, investigate, report and refer the competent authorities to acts of corruption and fraud committed in the exercise of public activities.
