The Section on Land Administration and Protection is established at the regional level, as a delegation of the Council of Ministers (art. 3). Its functions are listed in article 12. Articles 14 to 17 lay down penalties to be applied in case of violation of measures related to physical damage, reduction of fertility and degradation.
