This Law enters into force 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Law lays down rules for categorization of the production and marketing of olive oil and olive reside and is applicable in all stages of production, processing, packaging, labelling, conservation, and trade of olive oil and olive pulp. The National Food Authority is the responsible entity for the law enforcement.
