Abstract This Law is composed of 7 Chapters divided into 37 articles. Chapter I deals with objectives of this Law. Chapter II provides for the control on animal movement and animal products. Chapter vIII contains preventive measures against happen and spreading of parasitic and collective diseases. Chapter IV specifies the sanitary measures to be taken against collective diseases. Chapter V contains general provisions. Chapter VI deals with offences and penalties. Chapter VII contains concluding and transitional provisions. Law of 5/12/1913 is now abrogated.
