Abstract This Law, consisting of 38 articles divided into six Chapters and one Annex, provides for the industrial sanitary inspection of animal products in the State of Roraima. It establishes that the Agricultural and Livestock Defense Agency of the State of Roraima - ADERR is the competent authority for the above mentioned inspection of products of animal origin produced and destined for trade, in the State of Roraima, in accordance with the provisions of federal and state laws. This inspection is exempted when the industrial production is destined for interstate or international commerce; and municipalities, when the product is prepared for commercialization in the same municipality.
