Abstract The scope of this Law shall be to ensure safety of the waterworks during projecting, construction, putting into operation, running, reconstruction, renewal, conservation and liquidation thereof. Safety of waterworks regards also environmental protection from potential negative impact therefrom. The state supervision over the safety of waterworks shall be carried out by the State Technical Inspection. All waterworks shall be recorded in the public register of waterworks.
