Abstract This Law provides for the system of import and export of animals and animal products , and it composed of 14 articles. Article one sets forth some general provisions and definitions of terms used in the text of this Law. Article 3 is concerned with import regulations and prohibits the import of animal skin or any animal part to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan through sea or land. Article 4 allows the removal of animal skin or any animal part through the sea in Aqaba port . According to article 6, all imported animal parts or animal leather should be accompanied by a certificate and in accordance to the requirements. Quarantine regulations should be followed in all countries to ensure the safety of shipment. Full text Arabic
