Abstract

This Law approves the Great Options Plan for 2021-2023 (GO 2021-2023). GO 2021-2023 present an economic policy that seeks essentially, in a context of strong disruption caused by the world health crisis, mitigate the negative impacts on economic and social level in the short term and relaunch economic growth in the medium-term, not forgetting the political priorities defined for the horizon of the legislature, which, for the most part, and not only remain current, as they are reinforced in the context of the current crisis. Thus, the GO 2021-2023 are based on the Great Options of the 2020-2023 Plan and give it the current status and the necessary adjustments to respond to the challenges that remain, reinforce or emerge from the pandemic crisis that affected all countries on a global scale. The Law integrates the identification and planning of economic policy options and multiannual budgetary programming, for the sub-sectors of central administration and social security.
