Abstract This Law regulates matters related to licensing . It does not apply to import and export operations or intellectual property. Licensing shall be carried out by the Cabinet of Ministers and by the licensing authority, which shall have the following competence: (a) licensing certain activities in accordance with relevant legislation; (b) overseeing compliance with licensing terms and conditions of licence holder; (c) suspension and renewal, revocation and cancellation of licences; and (d) registration of licences. Activities subject to licensing shall include any activity that poses a risk of harm to the rights, legal interests or health of citizens and which may not be regulated by any other method except licensing. Licences shall be issued for each activity separately for an unspecified period of time.
