Abstract This Law is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 allows the trade, transport and slaughtering of living birds and poultry defined by a resolution of the Minister of Agriculture in accordance with procedures, requirements and conditions specified by the Minister of Agriculture. Article 2 decrees the confiscation of the incompatible quantity and its destruction in case of diseases under the control of the competent veterinary department. Article 3 contains offences and penalties. Article 4 entrusts the Minister of Agriculture to issue necessary resolutions for the implementation of this Law. Full text Arabic
