This Law enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Law, consisting 13 articles divided into three Chapters, establishes the objectives of the State Policy on Cooperatives are: instruments and mechanisms that stimulate the continuous growth of activities related to cooperative; to provide educational and technical assistance to cooperatives based in the State; to establish incentives for the constitution, maintenance, promotion and development of Cooperative system of the State of Mato Grosso; to facilitate the contact of cooperatives with each other and with their partners; to support technically either operationally cooperatives in the State of Mato Grosso, promoting partnerships for the development of the state cooperative system; to stimulate the cooperative form of social, economic and cultural organization in the various branches of action, based on the general principles of society and current legislation; to stimulate the inclusion of the study of cooperative in schools aiming at a change of parameters of organization of production and consumption; to spread government policies in favour of state cooperative societies; to prevent the creation and operation of irregular cooperative societies; Organize and maintain the general register of cooperative societies of the State.
