Abstract This Law amends Article 84 of the Water Code by adding Paragraph 1/6 as “burial of industrial and domestic waste in reservoir areas of groundwater and drinking water”. Article 59 of the Forest Code is amended by adding Paragraph 3 as “disposal of industrial and domestic waste in forest areas is prohibited”. Furthermore, this Law amends Article 21 of the Law on subsoil by adding “disposal of industrial and domestic waste in mining sites” under prohibitions.
