Amended articles establish that: Diversification programme with products derived from commodity milk will not exceed a maximum of 50%. Dairy products derived are: plain yogurt, buttermilk , buttermilk or kefir, satisfying the requirements specified in Regulation No. 1.308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a common organization of the markets in agricultural products and repealing the following EC Regulations No. 922/72, No. 234/79, No. 1037/2001 and No. 1.234/2007 of the Council, as amended, and those laid down in EC No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs, as amended, and EC Regulation No. 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 regulating specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin.
