Abstract This Law, consisting of 4 Chapters, establishes the State Policy and System on Food and Nutritional Security within the State of Sergipe. It defines the mechanisms of the State System Food and Nutritional Security – SISAN-SE, through an integrated and inter-sectoral plan carried out by the public power with the participation of the organized civil society, who will implement policies on this sector within the State. The aim of this Policy is to guarantee and adequate human right to food – DHAA, according to the established by existing National and complementary legislation.
