It shall not allowed to keep animals exclusively or primarily for the animals or their offspring to be killed for the purpose of sale or other utilization of the fur. The Ministry may issue Regulations on financial compensation and grants for conversion of breeders to other activity. The Ministry may also issue Regulations on the implementation of inspections of breeders and on the duty of information and assistance for breeders in connection with such inspection.
