Abstract This Law, consisting of 25 articles divided into three Chapters, establishes complementary mechanisms to combat crimes of corruption and illicit economic participation, with a view to strengthening the current related legal framework. It applies to agents of these crimes who are leaders, officials or employees of the State or local authorities, public companies, private companies in which they are participated by the State or public utility companies.
