Abstract This Law amends Resolution No. 169 of 1959 as follows: (a) beneficiaries of State lands (agricultural reclamation, State private property) shall be considered landowners from the date of the land distribution by the Adoption Committee in interested provinces, and that land shall be registered with their name in the cadastre in accordance with requests of the Department of Agriculture and Land Reclamation; (b) after the death of beneficiaries, the property shall be transferred to their heirs according to heritage laws; and (c) beneficiaries or their heirs shall have the right of disposal over lands after 5 years from the date of its registration.
