Abstract This Law regulates relations in the sphere of development and protection of green belts of urban and inhabited areas for the purpose of creating healthy and aesthetically favourable environment. Green belts shall be considered parks, urban forests, gardens and forest belts along the roadside for protection and recreational purposes.
