Abstract

This Law regulates relationships in the sphere of protection, exploitation and regeneration of flora. Peculiarities of exploitation of natural floral resources are determined in Chapter II of this Law. According to the Law exploitation of natural floral resources shall be carried out in compliance with the procedure of general or special use.
