Abstract This Law regulates relationships in the sphere of protection, exploitation and regeneration of flora. Peculiarities of exploitation of natural floral resources are determined in Chapter II of this Law. According to the Law exploitation of natural floral resources shall be carried out in compliance with the procedure of general or special use. Legal grounds for general use of natural floral resources are determined in Article 9 of the Law; Article 10 of the Law establishes legal basis for special exploitation thereof. General exploitation of natural floral resources is free of charge; special exploitation can be carried out on a paid basis. Chapter IV of the Law determines requirements to flora protection. Chapter V defines the procedure for plants introduction, acclimatization and selection. In order to record quantitative, qualitative and other specific features of natural floral resources the Law envisages establishing of state registration and cadastre of flora (Article 36). Persons violating legislation on flora shall be held liable in accordance with provisions of Chapter VIII of the Law. The document consists of 10 Sections, which are divided into 41 Arts.
